VectivBio Holding: Leaps 34% in U.S. market debut

** Shares of VectivBio Holding AG  VECT.O  surge more than
34% in their U.S. market debut on Friday
    ** VECT opened at $22.82, well above IPO price of $17 per
share
    ** At opening price, co was valued at around $776.2 mln
    ** Co offered 7.5 mln shares in IPO, raising ~$127.5 mln
    ** Co is a Switzerland-based, clinical-stage biopharma
company focused on development of treatments for rare conditions
with unmet medical needs
    ** BofA Securities, SVB Leerink and Credit Suisse were the
joint book-running managers for the offering
