Ventura Offshore in talks to buy Brazil's Foresea, report says

SAO PAULO, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Ventura Offshore
VTURA.OL is in talks to buy Brazilian oil firm Foresea in a
deal worth up to $800 million, newspaper O Globo reported on
Thursday, without detailing how it obtained the information.
Ventura Offshore and Foresea did not immediately respond to
requests for comment.
