    ** Co to sell its Careport Health business to community care

    ** MDRX says agreed sale price is $1.35 bln, and expects
transaction to close before the end of the year
    ** Co to use proceeds from sale to invest in its solutions,
further deleverage its balance sheet and support share
repurchases
    ** Careport's solutions assist hospitals and post-acute care
providers to coordinate and transition patients through
different settings of care - MDRX
    ** MDRX stock down ~15% YTD
