    ** Healthcare IT firm announced new share repurchase program

    ** New share repurchase program replaces the previous
authorization to repurchase $250 million of common stock which
was almost fully utilized during 2022 - MDRX
    ** Co sees 2023 adjusted profit in range of $0.90 per share
