Commissioning of final hybrid solar and battery storage project in Australia

VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the
full energisation and commissioning of an additional solar and energy storage
hybrid system in Australia. The asset comprises a solar PV site with
DC-coupled two-hour 4.95MW battery energy storage system situated in New
South Wales.

The Australian programme is now complete with a total capacity of
37MW/60MWh, across seven assets in NSW, Queensland and South Australia.
