Dividend declaration

 

 

The Board of Directors of VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc (the
"Company") announces an interim dividend of 1.45p per share with respect to
the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2025.

 

 Ex-Dividend date                                                    5 June 2025
 Record date                                                         6 June 2025
 Payment date                                                        26 June 2025

 

 

The Company expects to pay quarterly dividends of 1.45p or 5.80p* in total for
the 2025 financial year.
