('ENRG' or the 'Company')

 

Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

 

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 28
August 2025, the Board is pleased to announce that all the ordinary
resolutions and special resolutions, as set out in the Notice of EGM to
shareholders dated 6 August 2025, were approved by shareholders. The
resolutions put to the EGM were voted on by way of a poll.

 

The text of all the resolutions is contained in the Notice of EGM.

 

The voting breakdown of all resolutions follow:

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the full text of the Special Resolution
is as follows:

 

THAT subject to and conditional upon Resolutions 1 and 2 being passed by the
requisite majority, the articles of association produced at the General
Meeting be approved and adopted, with effect from the conclusion of the
General Meeting, as the new articles of association of the Company in
substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the existing articles of
association.

 

The Board is pleased to confirm that the Company will now enact its Asset
Realisation Strategy as supported by shareholders.
