Update on UK flexible power with CCR asset

VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc (the "Company," or "ENRG") is pleased to
announce that its 10MW UK flexible power generation and carbon capture and
reuse ("CCR") asset has achieved the first delivery of liquefied food-grade
CO2 to Buse Gases Ltd ("Buse"), a global leader in industrial and specialty
gases.

The offtake deliveries have begun under a 15-year contract with Buse,
enhancing the commerciality of the asset.

In parallel, the project benefits from a 15-year fixed-term power and gas
supply agreement with Axpo, a Swiss energy utility. Together, these
arrangements are providing the Company with long-term, predictable,
inflation-linked revenues.

Additional sources of revenues that have not been assumed in the investment
base case include grid ancillary services and private wire contracts, which
are under discussion and would provide further upside optionality to the
asset.

The fully integrated project is currently undergoing final commissioning and
is expected to be fully operational by the end of June.

With its highly efficient and flexible gas-fired generation capacity and CCR
technology, this asset brings a low carbon grid-firming solution beyond the
capacity of typical battery systems. This unique combination establishes a
strong foundation for the development of further low-carbon, flexible power
infrastructure to meet the needs of a decarbonising UK grid.
