** Investment company VH Global Energy Infrastructure ENRGV.L up 11% at 64.4p

** Stock among top gainer on FTSE small cap index .FTSC, which is up 0.23%

** Co to commence asset realisation strategy to return capital via a sale of its portfolio of assets

** ENRGV says proposed strategy to be completed within three years, by which point all capital will have been returned to shareholders, and co would delist and be liquidated

** Stock down ~3.10% YTD
