Dividend declaration

 

 

The Board of directors of VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc (the
"Company") announces an interim dividend of 1.25p per Ordinary Share with
respect to the period 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022, as scheduled below:

 

 

 Ex-Dividend date                                                    18 August 2022
 Record date                                                         19 August 2022
 Payment date                                                        16 September 2022

 

 

The Company reaffirms the annual dividend target of 5p per Ordinary Share for
the year beginning 1 January 2022*.

 

*The dividend targets stated in this announcement are targets only and not
