VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc (the "Company" or "GSEO")
announces that its Investment Manager, Victory Hill Capital Partners LLP
("VH"), has purchased in the market 210,200 ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of £0.78198 resulting in a total consideration of £164,372. This
purchase is in accordance with VH's commitment to receive part of its
investment management fee in GSEO shares.
