    * Pdf 1: Vibropower Corporation Limited (Proposed 
Subscription And Proposed Convertible Loan) 
    * Entered into an agreement with Jackspeed Corporation 
Limited and Nai Boon Lan 
    * Co has agreed to allot and issue to subscribers an 
aggregate of 2.5 million new ordinary shares  to an aggregate 
amount of s$600,000 
    * Entered into an agreement with Chua Keng Woon and Soh 
Choon Leong 
    * Lenders have agreed to grant company an unsecured loan of 
s$1 million 
    * Proceeds to be raised from proposed subscription and 
convertible loan, after deducting estimated expenses, will 
amount to about s$1.6 million
