 Total Voting Rights - 30 January 2026

 In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the
 Company notifies the market of the following:

 On 30 January 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of
 134,426,225 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each, of that amount 7,620,877
 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury, and 126,805,348 Ordinary Shares were in
 circulation.

 Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 126,805,348
 (the 'Figure').

 The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
 calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
 interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
 Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
