** Vincerx Pharma VINC.O  shares rise 15% to 98 cents
premarket
    ** Co says U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared its
application to test its antibody drug, VIP943, in patients with
a type of blood cancer
    ** VINC expects to enroll its first patient for the trial in
Q4 2023
    ** The drug belongs to a class of drugs called antibody-drug
conjugates (ADC), which have been described as "guided-missile"
cancer drugs that limit unwanted side effects on healthy cells 
    ** Up to last close, stock down 15.7% YTD
