** Shares of e-commerce firm Vinco Ventures  BBIG.O  down
2.9% at $1 in afternoon trade
    ** Co appoints Theodore Farnsworth as co-chief executive
officer alongside Lisa King, current CEO of Vinco

    ** In addition to serving as co-CEO, King will continue as a
member on the board of directors
    ** Theodore Farnsworth, co-founder of ZASH Global Media and
Entertainment, was instrumental, along with Vinco and ZVV Media
Partners, in acquiring Lomotif and AdRizer- BBIG
    ** Including today's session, BBIG shares down ~38% YTD
