** Shares of e-commerce firm Vinco Ventures Inc  BBIG.O 
climb 16% to $5.82
    ** BBIG and ZASH Global Media, through their joint venture,
acquire digital ad platform co AdRizer in a $108 mln
cash-and-stock deal
    ** AdRizer is similar to other tech platforms like Google
Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager, co says
    ** Deal for $25 mln in cash; remaining amount will be paid
in equity of ZASH common stock which will have a 2-yr lock-up
upon closing - co
    ** Stock, popular among individual investors, has dropped 10
out of the past 14 sessions; still up 266% YTD
