May 19 (Reuters) - Vinda International Holdings Ltd  3331.HK : 
 
 * Company entered into the placing agreement with the placing agent and the  vendor 
 * Entered the subscription agreement with the vendor. 
 * Maximum gross proceeds which the company expects to raise through the  subscription is approximately hk$397.5 million 
 * Intends to use the net proceeds as general working capital for the group and  to reduce the indebtedness of the group 
 * Deal for placing price of hk$13.25 per share
