 * Company, fu an trading and Vinda China have decided to withdraw their agreement and have terminated the equity transfer agreement on 29 October 2015 
 * Termination of equity transfer agreement has no adverse effect to company and does not have any impact on development of the group" 
 * Parties have agreed will not have right or claim whether for loss or damages or other reliefs whatsoever against any of other parties on any ground
