acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

        ** The chief executive of Britain's anti-trust regulator
said she could not give a view on the proposed merger of
Vodafone  VOD.L  and CK Hutchison's  0001.HK  UK businesses

buy a portfolio of renewable energy projects in Spain from

    ** Russia's government has approved a deal for Volkswagen

    ** Automaker Stellantis  STLAM.MI  has signed a deal with
France's Faurecia  EPED.PA  and Michelin  MICP.PA  to buy a

    ** Oman International Development and Investment Company
(Ominvest) is leading a consortium to acquire Ahli Bank in Oman,

it has acquired Reward Gateway, a British company whose software
helps companies reward their staff, as it accelerates the

   ** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is expected to file a
lawsuit as early as Tuesday to block Amgen Inc's  AMGN.O  $27.8
