 * Vital acquires boulcott hospital for $30.7M on a 22yr lease 
 * Says "settlement is expected following receipt of regulatory approvals, which is anticipated mid-2016" 
 * Says Vital will also acquire an adjacent residential property for $1.0M for future development.
