Board Committee Changes

 

Following a review of committee membership, the Company announces the
following Board Committee changes effective 8 November 2022.

-     Stephen A. Carter CBE joined the Nominations and Governance
Committee.

-     Delphine Ernotte Cunci joined the Remuneration Committee.

-     Simon Segars joined the ESG Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
