('Booking Holdings'), a company listed in the NASDAQ Stock Market, announced yesterday that it has nominated Nicholas Read, Chief Financial Officer at Vodafone Group Plc, for election as a non-executive director at its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held in June 2018.
