In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Vodafone Group Plc announces that
Christine Ramon, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed, with immediate
effect, to Discovery Limited, a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (JSE). Christine joins as a Non-Executive Director and a member of
their Social and Ethics Committee and their Audit Committee.
