Publication of Final Terms

 

The following final terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority
and are available for viewing:

 

Final terms dated 30 November 2022 (the "Final Terms") relating to
£600,000,000 5.125 per cent. Notes due 2 December 2052 (the "Notes") issued
pursuant to the €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone
Group Plc.
