Final terms dated 25 May 2023 (the "Final Terms") relating to £500,000,000
Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 30 August 2086 and €750,000,000
Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 30 August 2084 (together, the
"Securities") issued pursuant to the €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note
Programme of Vodafone Group Plc.
