Publication of Final Terms

 

The following final terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority
and are available for viewing:

Final terms dated 1 July 2025 (the "Final Terms") relating to £500,000,000
6.375% Notes due 3 July 2050 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the
€30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc.
