Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority
and are available for viewing:

Final terms dated 10 September 2025 (the "Final Terms") relating to
€700,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Ordinary Subordinated Notes due 12 September
2055 and €700,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Ordinary Subordinated Notes due 12
September 2055 (together, the "Securities") issued pursuant to the
€30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc.
