Publication of Supplement to Prospectus

The following supplementary prospectus produced in connection with the
€30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc has
been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

 

Supplementary Prospectus dated 12 February 2026 (the "Supplement") relating to
the €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc.

 

The Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with the base
prospectus dated 16 June 2025 relating to the €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium
Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc (as so supplemented, the
