Publication of Final Terms
 
The following Final Terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing:
 
Final Terms dated 22 May 2019 relating to the €750,000,000 0.900 per cent. Notes due 24 November 2026 (the "2026 Notes"), the Final Terms dated 22 May 2019 relating to the €1,000,000,000 1.625 per cent. Notes due 24 November 2030 (the "2030 Notes") and the Final Terms dated 22 May 2019 relating to the €750,000,000 2.500 per cent. Notes due 2039 (the "2039 Notes" and together with the 2026 Notes and the 2030 Notes, the "Notes")
 
The Notes will be issued pursuant to the €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Vodafone Group Plc (the "Issuer").
