Series CDP 2018-26
(the "Series CDP 2018-26 Notes" and together with the Series CDP 2018-25 Notes, the "Notes")
 
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the provisions of Special Condition (g) of the Notes, the terms of the Notes have in each case been amended to give effect to an ISDA Amendment as such term is used in Special Condition (g) of the Notes.
 
More detailed information regarding the amendment has been made available to the relevant Noteholders via the clearing systems. Additionally, in each case, copies of the amended and restated pricing supplements dated 19 May 2020 relating to each of the Series CDP 2018-25 Notes and the Series CDP 2018-25 Notes have been made available to the Noteholders of the relevant Notes via the clearing systems and are available for inspection at the office of the Issuer.
