    ** Telecom co announces acquisition of Gold
Coast-headquartered OntheNet for total consideration of A$9.6

    ** OntheNet is a telecom business that provides data
network, voice services primarily to business customers 
    ** Vonex says acquisition is accretive to key financial
metrics, including EPS and EBITDA, on a full-year pro forma
