** Voxtur Analytics Corp  VTRX.V  says its U.S. subsidiary
is acquiring software firm Blue Water Financial Technologies
Holding Co for $101 mln
    ** The integration of Blue Water into the Voxtur product
suite strengthens our technology foothold and places us squarely
in the capital markets arena - Voxtur CEO Jim Albertell
    ** Deal is contingent to regulatory approvals and is
expected to close in the third quarter of this year
    ** VRTX down 57% YTD, and about 69% down since year's-high
in April
