VSL: Requisition and Open Letter to Shareholders

 

Funds managed by the investment teams at Metage Capital Limited and Staude
Capital Limited have today requisitioned a General Meeting of VPC Specialty
Lending Investments PLC to put forward proposals to amend its investment
policy and introduce a periodic realisation opportunity.
