VSL: Shareholders should vote NO to Resolution 2

 

Metage Capital Limited and Staude Capital Limited have today published an open
letter urging VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC's ("VSL") shareholders to
vote FOR Resolution 1 and AGAINST Resolution 2 at the upcoming general meeting
on 12 June 2023.
