Change to Directors' Responsibilities

 

 

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R, VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (the
"Company") announces that Oliver Grundy has stepped down as the Chair of the
Management Engagement Committee ("MEC") and as Senior Independent Director of
the Company.

 

Nick Campsie has been appointed Chair of the MEC in Mr Grundy's place and
Martin Rigby will take over as the Senior Independent Director from Mr Grundy.

 

The Company confirms that all changes are with immediate effect.
