NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that it has published its
Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). In compliance with Listing Rule
9.6.3, such document has today been submitted to the national storage
mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at

this document will be sent to shareholders and a copy is also available to

Stephenson Harwood, 1 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7SH on 13 June 2022 at
3.00 p.m. and shareholders wishing to attend in person should register their

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021
