 Update Regarding its Investment Manager

Yesterday, Victory Park Capital (the "Investment Manager" or "VPC") announced
it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell a majority stake in its
business to Janus Henderson Group (NYSE: JHG), a leading global active asset
manager.

 

Importantly, the Investment Manager has advised the Company that in the
following transaction VPC's senior management team and personnel remain
unchanged, and there will be no impact on the management and operations of the
Investment Manager and VSL. The Investment Manager remains focused on
liquidating the portfolio to maximize shareholder value. Learn more about the

As a reminder, the managed wind-down of the Company has been in effect since
it was approved by Shareholders at the General Meeting on 12 June 2023. As
such, the investment objective of the Company was amended so that investments
will be realised in an orderly manner, that is, with a view to achieving a
balance between returning cash to Shareholders promptly and maximising value.
