** Waitr reaches deals with multiple cannabidiol (CBD)
dispensaries and has started delivery of CBD oils, topicals,
gummies, candies and capsules in select Texas locations

** Waitr, which will soon rebrand and change its name to
ASAP, says expansion into other markets is imminent
** CBD, a non-psychoactive compound derived mainly from the
hemp plant, is being researched for various medical applications
