Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 6 March 2019 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan completed the acquisition of 88,288 ordinary shares (comprising of 44,144 Partnership and 44,144 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 26.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their February salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria. 

 

Sean Lam acquired 563 Partnership shares and 563 Matching shares, giving him a total of 56,783 held in his Share Incentive Plan.
