The following amendment has been made to the 'Director / PDMR Shareholdings' announcement released on 13 March 2019 at 12:53 under RNS No 7750S.

The total beneficial holding of Sean Kin Wai Lam has been changed from 580,612 to 581,738.

The percentage of the issued share capital of the Company this beneficial holding represents has been changed from 1.36% to 1.37%.

All other details remain unchanged.

Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today of the following transaction by Sean Kin Wai Lam, Chief Executive Officer, of the Company.

 

On 12 March 2019, Sean Kin Wai Lam purchased 54,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.35 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Sean Kin Wai Lam is 581,738 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.37 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
