rise as much as 13.9% to A$0.090, their highest since Jan. 21 
    ** Co secures capital commitments of up to A$55 mln ($38.73
mln) over three years from emerging markets investment house GEM

to execute the development of industry collaboration projects,

    ** Stock had risen 14.5% this year, as of last close, vs a
1.5% decrease in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
