Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster'), the AIM listed supplier of managed services and technology based security solutions to governments and government agencies, non-governmental organisations (NGO's) and blue chip commercial organisations worldwide, today announces that Matthew Wood, a Non-Executive Director, due to increasing time pressures elsewhere, has reluctantly decided to stand down from the Board at the end of August 2015. The Board would like to express its gratitude to Matt for his efforts over the last few years and wishes him well for the future.
