Resignation of Director

 

Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), announces that Jing Zhou, a Non-Executive
Director of the Westminster Group, resigned with effect from 17 April 2026.

 

 

Commenting on the resignation Peter Fowler, CEO of Westminster, said:

"We are grateful for the services and support Jing has given the Group. We
