Exercise of Employee Share Options and Total Voting Rights
Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster', the 'Company'or 'the Group') announces that it has today issued 13,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, following the exercise of options (with an exercise price of 10p) by a former employee of the Company.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in the Group and application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or around31 December 2015.
As a consequence of the exercise of share options as detailed above, the Group's issued capital now comprises63,454,538 ordinary shares of 10p each. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Westminster is now63,454,538.
The above figure of63,454,538 may be used by shareholders in the Group as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
