Ferry Project Update

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster', the 'Group' or the 'Company'), the AIM listed supplier of managed services and technology based security solutions to governments and government agencies, non-governmental organisations (NGO's) and blue chip commercial organisations worldwide, is pleased to provide an update regarding its ferry project.

Sovereign Ferries planned second 70 seater vessel, the Sierra Princess, left port on the back of a delivery vessel on 6 May 2016 and is due to arrive in country around 21 June 2016.

The Sierra Queen meanwhile is still awaiting access to the shipyard slip due to the current vessel occupying the slip taking longer than expected to complete repairs. The latest indication is that the slip will be available around the third week of June.

Further updates on progress will be given in due course.
