Movement in Share Price

 

Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and
technology-based security solutions worldwide notes the recent fall in its
share price alongside the publication of an article about a Westminster cross
party-political group being shut down and confirms this is nothing to do with
the Company.

 

Furthermore, the Company understands that there is also speculation about the
status of the passenger security fee in Gabon - for clarification a decree has
been issued putting this passenger security fee into Gabonese law stipulating
it to be collected by Westminster.
