Non-Executive Director Appointment
Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and
technology-based security solutions worldwide, is pleased to announce, further
to the Company's 4 March 2025 announcement, the appointment of Ms Jing Zhou to
the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2025.
Jing Zhou is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and a director of
Pantheon A Family Office Limited, the Company's largest shareholder. She
brings a wealth of experience in corporate transactions and legal matters. Ms
Zhou's experience includes advising on buy-side M&A transactions in the
renewable energy and financial services sectors. She has also advised listings
on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and on various crowdfunding
capital raises.
Ms Zhou holds an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University, Italy, a BA in
Economics from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and is a Level 3
CFA Candidate.
