Update re Notice of Results

& Investor Presentation

 

Westminster Group Plc (AIM: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and
technology-based security solutions, now expects to announce its results for
the 12 months to 31 December 2022 before the end of May. The slight delay is
due to time pressures in completing the audit and no material adverse changes
from previous market expectations are anticipated.

 

The Company will provide notice of the results date, once confirmed by its
Auditors, together with the date for a presentation to review the results and
update on prospects on the Investor Meet Company platform.
