("Westmount" or the "Company")
Completion of Investment in JHI Associates Inc.
Further to the Company's announcement of 10 September 2020 with respect to the purchase of 1,550,000 common shares in JHI Associates Inc. ("JHI"), of which the purchase of 750,000 common shares in JHI completed on 9 September 2020, the Board of Westmount is pleased to confirm that the completion of the purchase of the remaining 800,000 shares in JHI occurred on 14 September 2020. 
 
As previously announced, application will be made for admission of 18,290,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in Westmount to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or around 25th September 2020. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 144,051,486 ordinary shares, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
