Further re Investment in JHI Associates Inc.
Further to the Company's announcements dated 10 September and 15 September 2020 with respect to the purchase of 1,550,000 common shares in JHI Associates Inc. ("JHI"), the Company confirms that application has been made for admission of 18,290,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in Westmount to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 23 September 2020.
 
Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 144,051,486 ordinary shares, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
